Mr. Speaker, I will be very brief. I am a Quebecker. My colleague is a Quebecker. I am a practising Catholic, and I know just how important this bill is, because there are threats against people who practise their faith. I would like to ask my hon. colleague how obstruction threatens religious groups who wish to practise their faith freely.
